Full fee is paid at time of consultation and this can be made via cash or credit card as we have Eftpos facilities.

Not all clients are eligible for Medicare rebates and these are what we term as private fee paying clients.

If you are eligible for medicare rebate we also process your rebate for your convenience. Medicare deposits this within 24hrs into your nominated bank account. Please note we do not bulk bill as this is not a viable option and will not cover costs involved in running a practice and its services. However, we believe that the out of pocket expense to you is manageable and less than what it would cost an individual for a meal out! more so, this is an investment into your health and wellbeing into the future.

Medicare Rebates*

We are a registered provider of Medicare rebates for the following services:

  1. Better Access Scheme / Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP) from your GP

  2. Chronic Disease Management (CDM) from your GP

*Relationship Counselling is not covered under Medicare

Health Fund Rebates*
