Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential workplace support service that employers provide for their employees to engage with when they are experiencing personal and work related stressors. Research has shown that the provision of these services and employee engagement has helped to keep employees productive and better engaged in their work. This is not just a bonus for the employee but cost wise this saves the company from losses incurred due to sickness and stress leave, and a good investment long term.
I bring to this role tertiary training coupled with 30+yrs experience in business management and administration in the following areas: commercial and domestic construction, health/medical industry, fitness trainer, working in Government and NGO’s, and a successful therapy practice. In addition, I have many years of assisting individuals and companies by supporting their employees with workplace and personal issues, I feel well equipped with the knowledge and experience to support individuals and companies in the following areas:
